Terms of Service

1. What we provide

Seoul Housing Help provides coordination, interpretation and relocation assistance for people renting a home in Seoul. We are not a licensed real-estate brokerage. Property brokerage is performed by licensed Korean real-estate agents (공인중개사), and we receive no commission from agents or landlords.

2. What we do not provide

We do not give legal advice, legal contract review, tax advice, or visa or immigration representation. Our explanations of leases and procedures are general information and interpretation. For legal advice, please consult a qualified lawyer.

3. Scope and price

The introductory consultation is free. If you choose a package, we confirm the scope and total price in writing before payment. No work begins until you approve the written scope. Work outside the agreed scope — such as additional districts, viewing days or interpretation hours — is quoted before it begins.

4. Payment

Prices are in Korean won. Payment is made by the method stated in your written scope (Wise where available, otherwise card). Rent, deposits, realtor brokerage fees, moving costs and utility or internet fees are paid by you directly to the relevant party and are never held by us.

5. No guaranteed outcome

Our fees cover our time and services. We cannot guarantee that a particular property, price or lease term will be available or accepted, as these depend on the market, agents and landlords.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your decisions about which property to rent and which documents to sign, for giving us accurate information, and for attending scheduled appointments or rescheduling them in line with the cancellation policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
