Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided before payment. No work begins until you approve the written scope.

Before payment

The introductory consultation is free and you can stop at any point before paying. There is no charge for deciding not to continue.

After payment

Your written scope sets out the cancellation and rescheduling terms that apply to your package, including what happens to any part of the service not yet delivered. Please read them before you pay — we're happy to explain anything that isn't clear.

Rescheduling appointments

If you need to move a viewing day, contract appointment or on-site visit, tell us as early as possible. Changes made by landlords, agents or building managers are rearranged with you at no extra cost where possible.

If we need to cancel

If we cannot deliver a scheduled part of your package, we will offer a new time or refund that part of the service.
