What we collect

When you send an inquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, current country, move date, rent and deposit budget, desired package, contact method and contact details, and any message you write. We also record which page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an advertisement, the campaign information in the link (such as UTM parameters or a Google Ads click ID).

If you become a client, we also keep the information needed to deliver the service — for example your preferred areas, the properties you view, appointment details and our messages with you.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and assess whether we can help
• To plan and deliver the service you choose, including sharing necessary details with licensed real-estate agents, landlords or building managers on your behalf, only with your agreement
• To measure which of our advertisements bring inquiries

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare. Messages you send us by WhatsApp, KakaoTalk or email are held by those providers under their own policies. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Send the request through the inquiry form or reply to any message from us, and we will act on it within 10 business days. We handle personal information in line with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.
